Tournament Timeline

Building Opens – 6:45

Check-In – 7:15

Measuring 7:30

Captain’s Meeting – 8:00

Racing Begins – 8:15

**We would like to ask for everyone’s help by leaving a box judge behind after your race. 

 

Format

Racing will be single round robin, with three regular divisions, one multi, open and veterans division each.  Each team will have 20 races each day, except veterans with 16.  Tie breaks will be fastest time head to head in the race and if needed, fastest time of the day.

Lunch

We will break after race 30 each day for lunch.  We will have the following options for lunch. If you are interested in eating lunch, please e-mail Suzanne at banksrus@charter.net or Sharon at sjacobsen@charter.net with your pre-order.  We will have a few extra, but need this number for planning purposes.
