Hunter
FDCH, TFEI

Handler: Tricia Nance
Breed:   All American
First Flyball Title:   2009
Bio:  Hunter is a Shepard mix that didn't actually start Flyball until he was 5 1/2 years old. He was a prison pup, in that inmates rescued a litter of puppies that one of the strays had when the mom was killed by coyotes.  I adopted him as a puppy from the rescue group, and originally trained him to do agility.   Since he has absolutely no ball drive, I figured Flyball wasn't for him, and didn't even try working with him until my older dog retired.  Once I started, though, he picked it up surprisingly fast.   He still doesn't have a high ball drive but he loves to bark and eat, and he's figured out that in Flyball he can do both!
