Bio: Meegs is a German Shepherd/Border Collie/Whippet mix born Thanksigiving-ish of 2003. Yes, she's a total freak of nature, but it works out well! Although the spelling was Americanized, her name means "mosquito" in Swedish. Meegs' favorite hobbies are catching her precious frisbee 6 feet in the air, conning the neighbor into long walks, running next to the beach cruiser, learning new games, and being anywhere her mom goes. The latter is pretty easy since Meegs is also a Service Dog. From Costco to airplanes, Meegs rarely gets left behind.

Leah grew up in Seoul, South Korea, but has lived in San Diego for 6 years. Missing family and friends is the one "minus" to living in paradise, but Leah loves living in a corner of the world that guarantees visitors year-round. She is happiest when outside, active, learning something new, and surrounded by good people. Although Leah is an avid surfer, it's a toss-up between her and Meegs as to who actually loves the beach more.

With Meegs' cleverness and energy levels off the charts, stumbling across the Fast-Fourward Flyball website in July of 2009 was too good to be true! We're thankful for the wonderful people (and dogs) on the team...not to mention that Meegs actually gets tired!
