Jackson was three months old when he became Willow's brother in September of 2002. His mother was a "puppy mill" dog who was already pregnant when she was rescued. I first saw a picture of her puppies on Petfinder.com, and soon after, adopted Jackson from Triangle Herding Dog Rescue, a group that is based in the Raleigh, NC area.

Jackson has been exposed to flyball since he was a pup but has been, shall we say, picking up the sport at his own pace. What he has lacked in learning speed though, he has more than made up for with energy and enthusiasm. One of his favorite things (in addition to chasing Willow and playing with his friend Shelby) is practicing his swimmer's turn off the flyball box. It doesn't matter whether a ball is involved or not, he just loves practicing turns. Now if we can just put that turn together with the rest of the pieces, we'll be ready to play!
