Ch. Klompen's Peggy Sue, FDCH

    Peggy came into our lives as a 13 month old puppy, and has ruled the roost since she came.  She already had her Canadian Championship so we thought we'd try some obedience with her.  Keeshonden are very intelligent dogs and are very eager to please, but obedience just wasn't  her "cup of tea" (quite beneath her you know).  But there's nothing that can excite her quite like a weekend of flyball. Peggy loves Flyball. She took to Flyball like the proverbial "duck to water"

    As one of the height dogs on the Ruff Riders team, she managed to get in quite a bit of racing.  Now on the Running Backs, Peggy has let the "youngster" Max take over the duties as the height dog and she quite enjoys the 9 inch jumps that Max gives her.  She is a consistent dog that gets the job done, no matter what.  Because of a little "problem" she has (spinning on the release), Peggy has always been one of our lead dogs. 

    Shaun and Peggy's goal is to obtain the Flyball Masters title. Since having to take a few racing seasons off for motherhood, this plateau hasn't been as quickly accomplished as might be expected, though we expect Peggy to earn her Masters title in the year 2000.
